we have 3 bedroom romford.drive 3 cars grass at the sideenough room to build another house we have build a temporary garage witch has 2 cars and tools big enough to build extention or even another house . patio large pond sitting area at bottom of garden green house brick shead grass beds concevaory big enough to seat 20 people with space mainly used kids playroom large front room 25ftx13ft .we are close to shops town 10 min walk has tesco aldi savers dentist doctors take aways or small shops 5 min walk . we are close to bedfords park short walk great in summer bus in to romford harold hill so easy to get to market swimming pools primark train staiton harold wood or romford loads more 3 jr/infant schools walking distance seiour school 5 min away or a few more a bus ride away WEare looking for 2 bedroom MAIN THING is we need a garage room to build a garage and can accses back garden for cars and a drive as hubby works from home colcester chelmsford southend maldon and surrounding areas would prefer a bungalow but open to a house NO FLATS we started life in one and has took quite a few years geting where we are no new builds no estates we are open to multi swap have exchanged before muti and strate cant beleve some of things i have read if we say we will we will move WE need to down size as kids are moving out doesnt matter about decor as everyone makes it the way they want whole point finding your perfect home
