BMW 320D Auto needs work

I've had this BMW 320D Auto for 3 years and it's been extremely reliable.

124k miles, engine is superb, runs very well.
Air con
Cruise control

MoT ran out in Dec. It will not pass an mot as it is - it needs new cv boot and abs light on (reluctor rings?), i have been driving it with ABS turned off for nearly 6 months with no issue but obviously that is a failure.

Front tyres do not match on the front axel - 1 summer, 1 snow (i had no idea).

I already planned to upgrade and have now purchased a Combi Van to replace this car and my van so this car has been forgotten about a little bit, hence the mot running out.

Plenty of service history and receipts

Interior is very clean and tidy.
Exterior has a couple of small dents and a scrape on front bumper but I've never been bothered by it. To be expected for a car this age.

I dont want another car but if you have a car, I'd take something small for my kids to learn to drive in, otherwise open to all offers.
