Reluctantly selling my lovely 5 berth family caravan now

This is a 2003 Fleetwood Sumatra, single axle van. To the front is the usual two long sofas, that can be used as single beds, or that join together to form a huge double.
The middle section holds the kitchen with gas oven, fridge with freezer box, sink.
Opposite the galley kitchen is the heater, wardrobe, cupboard holding the dining table, and bathroom.
To the rear the corner sofa can be used as a single bed, bunk beds, double bed, or single bunk over a double bed. This back bed section has a sliding wooden door so you can settle the kids in to sleep, close the door, and continue a relaxing evening.
Comes with water but, waste water container, stabiliser bar, full length awning (I've used a stock photo as an example) and a full length sun awning (again, I've used a stock photo as an example it really is a beautiful little caravan for the money.
I don't think you'll find another one this pleasant to holiday in.

Was all working well last time we used it but he hasn't been out since last year.

Will be sad to see it go, but he's just not going to be used any more
