Audi A6 estate 2.7 tdi

Hello this is my audi a6 estate 2.7. She has just had new belts and battery. Air filter and ool changed. 5 mot. 2 owners from new loads of service history 3 keys including master key . Matching alloy spear. Full leather satnav ac. Tow bar. Very good on diesel. She has started making a noise from engine bay. Doesn't affect the car in any way . I have been working in Leicester so driving there and back every day no problem. And just made a round trip to Cardiff and back no trouble. She uses no water or oil . I have now been made redundant and sleeping on friends settee. So looking to swap for a van to convert into camper . I cannot afford to take car to garage to see what noise is. As i say it doesn't affect car in any way just a strange noise. I paid £1300 OPEN TO OFFERS
