Massive folder of paperwork, has full history stamped in book, Has at least 20k in receipts, over the years it’s had recon gearbox, torque converter, head gasket and timing chains, diff rebuilt, it’s endless.

Has been a on road project for me since owning it, I’ve been working my way through the car getting it as good as I can, with some mods along the way, I’ve done the following

Oil and filter
Genuine K@N cone filter and silicone air intake pipe
Spark plugs and x6 new coil packs

Supercharger upgraded coupler fitted along with new oil and drive belt

Reconditioned steering rack with warranty and new inner and outer ends and tracking done.

New R Spec bilstein front shocks

Centre console cup holders, must for a Daliy driver

New old stock heater panel (non air con) and Air con removed,

Sony xplod Bluetooth radio with correct wiring harness so Harmon system works as normal

Windows tinted all round

Upgraded silicone bottom hose, New heater bypass hose, if you know the R engine, you will know, this took me about 9 hours to change these pipes, so very good for new owner

New inlet manifold gasket and thermostat gasket

Front and rear drop links
Rear Powerflex poly anti roll bar Bush’s
Front Powerflex poly anti roll bar Bush’s

2 New front wheel bearings

New fuel tank sender unit with gasket

New Roof Headlining

New handbrake shoes and fitting kit

X2 New lambda sensors, emissions was a bit hit and miss on mot but did come into spec, hence I’ve replaced both sensors, now emissions are spot on

Stainless steel exhaust back box delete section and Stainless steel straight thru centre section, sounds very nice, it is fairly loud at full throttle so bear this mind, but still has 2 silencers and down-pipe cats so perfectly legal.

Runs and drives amazing, I use it regular covering 50 miles to work and back.

Always run on e5 high octane fuel

Underneath is solid, any areas that needed attention have been welded so will be solid for many years to come.

Comes with all the desirable extras being the R, dark wood pack, wood steering wheel, lovely sporty yet comfortable seats, 17inch Grey R alloys, mesh grill ect

Truly is an amazing car that will only ever go up in value. A classic that can be used Daliy.

Bad points;

Air bag light on, I believe module needs refurbing, but haven’t found anyone to do this yet, does go off occasionally but will come back on at next start.

Bodywork needs attention, front wings are going at bottom, 1 rear arch is rough comes with new arch, rust bubbles under rear lights. Roof needs attention.

Handbrake rattles on near side, have new shoes and fitting kit ready to go on

Does need some tlc but I’ve done a lot to it, it has a fresh mot, and runs and drives great. I’d go anywhere in it, So it’s a perfectly use-able Daliy driver.
