Hi guys we have a 3 bed 6 berth static caravan sited on a fantastic quiet site called Highfields & Haven located in Skegness. Older van (2000) but renovated nicely inside and kept on top top condition every year. There is no age restrictions on the van so can stay indefinitely providing kept in good shape which of course it is. Had new lighting and flooring right the way through. Also brand new fitted bathroom. Site is pet friendly. All furniture and appliances you see in the pictures will be staying if wanted so ready to be used or rented out instantly. Ground rent is 3.000 a year and we use a local company to rent it out for us at a charge of 10 percent per booking which is fantastic. They also do all the cleans after each stay and key handover etc. we are only selling as looking to emigrate abroad. Very nice van in a lovely area close to all amenities you could need and literally ready to use however you feel. Van has also passed its yearly electric and gas safety inspections. Brand new flooring and lighting right the way through and a newly fitted bathroom. Parking directly outside the van or also a parking area 5 seconds further.
