Does have a vacuum leak somewhere (the revs will build to 1700rpm then drop back to idle when sitting for a while)

Bit rough around the edges but nothing major
Is a previous Cat N for nocking into a kerb (I do believe by the paperwork). I wasn't made aware of this by the chap I did the deal with.
