We bought this last year as fixer upper and to see of caravanning was really for us. Having had a trailer tent previously it was a natural progression but Ultimately after 4 trips, we’ve decided we won’t be caravanning any more.

It’s a great starter caravan or for a family looking to expand, it’s ready to roll as it is so you can fix a few things along the way… or just use it as we did.

When I got it the front was cracked so that’s been repaired and just needs smoothing and paint.

There’s been water ingress in the past which is shown on the rear corners, it was dry when I bought it but I resealed the roof last summer as a precaution and it’s stayed dry over the winter.

I fitted a new sink tap and external water connection, new pump is included.

We replaced the carpet with hard wearing tiles this also makes it easier to replace if need be, spare tiles are also included.

Seating area/ double bed cushions have been reupholstered and curtains replaced.

Cooker, hob and grill are all in perfect working order.
Fridge works well.

We’ve only been away in warm weather so we’ve never used the heating, I would advised having this checked prior to use likewise for the hot water.

The toilet and cassette is in good working order but the shower basin is cracked and the plug has sunk so this would need to be addressed if you intend to use the shower we were always on a site so used the block showers.

Tyres are good with a spare.

And a Kampa air swinging with pump and all pegs.

There really is a lot for the money with this and effectively it’s a hook up and go set up.

There is no leisure battery or gas bottle included.
