No smoke on or off boost, no play in any gears or strange noises

Stage 2 remap very fast and boosts crazy ( sr tuning)
Enhanced k04 turbo with dbilas manifold(rare to get hold of)
Forge recic valve,turbo smart actuator (both brand new and just fitted)
Large Forge front mount intercooler with silicone boost pipe and stainless clamps,enlarged top hat,
Aircon delete, rear bcs delete, cross over delete with airtec filter.
Remus double decat down pipe with 2 new Bosch lamba sensors,3” deres cobra exhaust (quite loud, loads of pops and bangs)
Ttv lightened single mass flywheel, cg 5 paddle clutch and upgraded slave cylinder( obviously had slight rattle noise due to been single mass and takes little getting use to but puts power down very well)

Refurbed gearbox with bigger bearing (tight box no play or noises)
polybushed engine and gearbox mounts

Visual mods:
Lowered on ebaich springs with camber bolts and adjusted and set up by A LINE DUDLEY.
Low line kit,Maxton rear fins, maxton spoiler extension,jag bonnet vents, vented bumper,
Angle eyed colour coded headlight with hid’sfitted, dna rear lights,
18” bola b1 (not reps) painted met black with new centre caps and 4 new tyres.
Tinted windows,wind deflectors,
App controlled mood lighting in dash and doors
Boost gauges,volt gauge, onboard obd computer,custom bottom mesh bumper (see the intercooler and some protection)

Loads of new parts: coil pack , boost sensor,actuator,02 sensor (all sensors Bosch)all new silicone water pipes, new silicone vac pipes.

Recent spark plugs,oil and filter changes every 3k miles
Cambelt and water pump done at 96k
Just had new oil level sensor and sump gasket along with full service along with 2 new 02 sensors

Owned this car for over 18months and been a joy
Absolute fourtune spent, serviced every 3 k miles with invoices for parts etc
No lights on dash

A real head turner, gets commments all the time .

Is on private plate which will be removed before sale.

Few age related marks/ stone chips on front but for age it’s very clean
