House in spain

I have a house in Galicia spain I'm looking to swap for a motorhome or perhaps a small building uk that maybe needs work doing on it. I have spent a lot on new roof started a wet room. It is one floor but has an underneath that I had started converting to another property pipes etc already in. Also has a small barn that could be converted. Have uploaded 1 pic for those genuinely interested happy ro send more details and photos. Probably needs couple grand more spending on main building but have right people to introduce to do it.
