Want to swap my caravan for a camper van

Hi, I have a 1999 4 berth caravan I would like to swap for a camper van, I really like the VW T3 but will consider any camper van that is in full working order and has a current MOT. My caravan was bought last year for £5750, however this was on finance so we paid a little over, it was worth about 5k id say so probably 3.5k now as I assume they loose value. I am happy to swap for a camper that is worth less than the caravan as long as it is in good order, would like it to been fitted out but would also consider a project. Thanks for reading. Josie
