I have a new build 2 bedroom, semi detached house, with gas heating, A RATED boiler with two control thermostats for economical heating of down stairs and upstairs individually , patio doors in the kitchen that lead on to a patio outside with enclosed medium sized garden with lawn and paved space for a double shed. one long large living area, with a good sized downstairs toilet and storage room/utility room. with a good sized newly fitted kitchen with extractor fan with space for a dining table/breakfast bar. up stairs we have a newly tiled white modern bathroom suite with shower and bath, 1 double bedroom and one larger double bedroom to the front of the house, its double glazing throughout, all fixtures and fittings are modern less than a year old. its neutrally decorated throughout. You also have a off road drive, which I comfortably fit 2 cars and a motorcycle on. my home is gorgeous and a generously spacious 2 bedroom house, the area of Hornsea, has everything you could possibly need while still living in a more rural location, you have the beach 5 minute's away, its a quiet and friendly area, you have a large tescos and petrol station, post offices, a surgery, cottage hospital, restaurants, cafes, bakery's, shops, the famous freeport shopping village, with shoe shops, clothing, fairs, etc then you have the Hornsea Mere which is beautiful and open all times of the year, Honey suckle farm, well maintained playgrounds/park, gorgeous country walks including the old train lines which stretches the length of the country, you have two beaches on 5 minutes walk from the house and one 3 miles away at Mappleton cliffs. You have local walking distance nursery, primary schools and a high school with an adult education centre at the local library, the town has absolutely everything you will need and desire while living in a more rural location with award winning fish and chips, Trinity road itself is very quiet and you have lovely neighbours to each side. I have absolutely loved living here and have many fond memories but I have decided I want to attend University in the Manchester/Huddersfield area, ive applied to a few universities so I am open to all locations, I would prefer not to live in a city as I do prefer the town,village living but everything will be considered :)
